    Seconded.

I am really hoping for a lakers warriors or nuggets warriors first round. That would be great basketball for a first round. Plus I wanna see the warriors sent packing early.

real reason we want the lakers to win is that the hawks get their FRP. the more the lakers win, the worse that pick becomes

I was going to ask the other day why some people were wanting the Lakers to win.
What about Sacramento? Who has their picks?

SAC pick goes to ATL top-12 protected, currently at 13, meaning the pick would transfer if the season ended today

OK, got it. So we want SAC to lose so Atlanta don't get the pick, right?

The ironic thing is that ATL may do it themselves if they drop back into the lottery. They could push Sacramento up from 13 to 12.

Crap. Really wanted Miami to win that one.

    Oh welll.

WTF, Giannis running a little bit of point 35p, 17r, 20a with Lillard out? Monster assist game from Giannis. Monster game in general.

The Kings suck but they aren’t stupid they will definitely want to keep that top 12 protected pick and will act accordingly imo.

Phoenix losing has some positives as it means the Kings can also lose and keep the 10th playin spot while hopefully the Heat and Bulls get a better record which would push the Kings into the top 12 draft position.

The kings could also just go 2023 Dallas Mavericks and tank themselves out of the playin spot if it means keeping their pick. If they were smart they would.

Sacto finishes with 4 challenging games out of 5. The wildcard is do some teams rest guys if their position is set or nearly set.

Boston and OK City I'm calling for the finals. They look like the best teams.

Not impressed with how Cleveland struggled with the Spurs in both games.

Yeah, very true. Not a great sign for Cleveland struggling to beat this depleted Spurs team twice, but the Spurs did play very hard both games.

That's not the reason I'm a bit iffy on them, though. I think I read they've lost 4 games in a row twice this season. That's not really a good sign if you're looking to be a Championship level team, especially with the record they have, they're definitely aiming for the Championship. You want to bounce back from loses no matter what if you're serious about winning it all. You want to show people you won't go down easy. You want to show mental toughness. Losing 4 in a row twice IMO makes it seem like they're beatable. You really want to bounce back after 1-2 loses in a row. I don't know the cir stances of those 4 game losing streaks (if they were missing players/players were injured).
Having said that, I think the Spurs did have a losing streak in 2014 (can't remember how many in a row), so it doesn't mean they can't win.
