Raptors have some decent young pieces and playing with some focus. Their coach pushing and trying to win. Mitch is doing something other than that.

Wemby, Fox, Castle, Barnes and Champ can stay. Everyone else is free to go as far as I'm concerned.

A combination of the draft, some smart free agency work, and getting a healthy Wemby and Fox back should fix a lot of things.
Would also help to have a coach who isn't Mitch Johnson. He's fine as an assistant, but he ain't head coach material.
We desperately need Frank Vogel as our next HC. Team defense has gone to ter the past few years Even with Wemby onside, defensive fundamentals (rebounding, rotations, charge-drawing) have been completely lost..
Our idea of rebounding is just "try to tap it to the nearest guy and throw it ahead" instead of actually boxing out or securing the ball with two hands which are basic fundamentals.
I know the team wants to play with pace, but it doesn't help if you are just tapping the ball back to the other team half the time.
Castle`s problem is that is driving to score, and often catches simself in double team. He has great first step, should look to pass more often

Still, 34 wins season with a some tank games over the past few weeks.
Let's hope this is the last year we'll be worried about the lottery odds as far as Spurs picks are concerned.
