    The Navarro strategy is maximalist and bat crazy. Scott seems to be pushing back against it. Limited targeted tariffs are not totally irrational to push back against unfair tariffs targeting the US. What is currently happening is not that.

    He thinks that China is the one playing with the losing hand.
    I think China probably is given how much more they need the US market than the US needs the China market. Just look at the US trade deficit with China. China has more to lose.
