oh ok, you had a specific investment strategy that's working out ok for you so far
good for you
so, how is it supposed to be good for like the working man who's gonna get squeezed by Trump's stagflationary policies?
So what is the purpose of these tariffs?

you know, the teeming masses immiserated by neoliberalism and free trade
snacks says they already have what they want, but Trump is changing everything for no reason.
what a genius
He bounced the Magic Negro out of the Oval Office January 20th, 2025, Winester.
I don't think Snack Boy is an honest narrator of his own opinion
Trumplandia lies so easily, it's practically their first resort
...we learned that tact from your side, Winester.
I just repeated Chump and Blake's argument and all of you immediately argued against it![]()
how lame
deflecting and unresponsive to the last
You hated Trump's tariffs
Ol Joe kept them all and added a few of his own. I gave him credit and you were saying Go Joe GO!
Now you hate tariffs again, don't even know what they're for
Whinehole the honest broker also the whig, the libertarian, the democratic socialist, and the defender of the status quo
talking about me because you can't find a handle on the topic

don't talk about me after I talk about you
Trump has the handles whinehole and there's not a damn thing you can do about it
You misrepresented literally everything everybody said and melted down when asked what you actually think.
Why is this so hard for you?
Snake Boy
Trump doesn't have in this subforum
Just you and Thread

Honestly I think most service economy workers would be content with universal health care.
He has the Presidency, and that's all he & at least I wanted, Winester. And you know it. He can do whatever the he wants and whenever he wants to do it. Sure, a Judge here and there will block him, but, he's got the con for 4 years.
You don't have to hide being in denial. We're all sort of a family here. [We've] been thru the absolute wringer since 2016...and non stop since then for another 8 years with 4 more to go. The last 2 of the remaining 4 will be where we're gonna be in real danger of seeing one another in the street.
(We're) both gonna be ready and Trump will have no problem whatsoever removing the choker chain from our side. Your side will be a spittin' image, you're gonna want it and real bad.
It's been comin' since '15 and has been mandated after the Pennsylvania hit.
That thing that Jefferson stated about the tree of freedom needing occasionally the spilled blood of it's patriots to keep growing is choice.
I gotta say, Trump s' capacity to live vicariously through their God is pretty impressive.
Literally nothing matters to them but Trump's perceived power.
I hear my echo. It's so accurate tears threaten.
Let us proceed...
https://thehill.com/policy/internati...us-pork-ships/China cancels 12,000 metric tons of US pork shipments
China canceled 12,000 metric tons of United States pork shipments amid a high-stakes trade standoff between the superpowers, according to data released Thursday.
China, one of the biggest U.S. trading partners, axed 12,000 metric tons of U.S. pork orders, the data from the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) shows.
The move represents the biggest cancellation of pork orders since the COVID-19 pandemic disrupted supply chains and stalled economies around the world, Bloomberg News reported.
China, behind Mexico and Japan, was the U.S.’s third-biggest market for pork in 2024, importing some 475,000 metric tons valued at more than $1.1 billion.
China is the world’s biggest producer of pork, accounting for nearly 50 percent of global supply at around 57 million metric tons, according to the USDA. The U.S. was ranked third at 11 percent with 12 million metric tons.
...
Sweet & Sour grapes, the slope way.
In fairness, we already have had a trade agreement with South Korea for 20 years
Most of the trade between South Korea and the US is already tariff free -- all that needs to be done here is "taping back together the deal that Trump just ripped up"
