One of the analysts described the draft as a meat in potatoes draft. I feel like that's a pretty good call and a big reason why sanders has fallen so far. This is a good draft to address needs. Lots of depth at defensive back, running back, defensive line, wide receiver, etc. There's just no reason to waste a pick on a player like him. But i'm going to call my shot and say the cowboys take him in the fifth round.

Not a terrible call. Jerruh loves money and attention more than winning, Cowboys fans love backup quarterbacks more than anything, and the media loves blowing the Cowboys as much as any other dysfunctional ty team.

Exactly. Jerry knows they won't be good. So he's going to pull the "anything to keep a camera in dallas" card.

What are the Browns doing lol. Why do you take Gabriel and Sanders? Just take Sanders with the Gabriel pick and use the other on a need

This dude must've gone into interviews with some "i don't need the league, the league needs me" type . The league will overlook just about anything if the talent is there. He insulted the league somehow, imo.

I wonder if he goes completely undrafted
you got a great player, he just needs to mature a little and learn to be humble.

How bout them Cowboys? Still need WR2, but I think they had a good draft.

    Tyler Smith (LG)
    Cooper Beebe (C)
    Tyler Booker (RG)

They gonna be bullying s all year.

    Compe ion…. would ya believe….

Can’t believe Deion thought he would just budge into a big rich entertainment league using his son as elite talent (like Deion WAS)
I read too much stuff outside of ESPN that said it was a 1 QB draft, good luck and hard work for the others and Ward. It’s hard to believe he did not have a pulse on the NFL and made it harder for his son.

Welp, it will be a story if he works hard and gets a chance to start eventually. So I guess Cleveland has this setup for entertainment. Their fans will not be kind if it fails, even as a late round pick. They will root very hard for him and then crucify him if he fails badly as a starter. No mercy. Maybe Deion wants too make it harder on Sheuder like he did at Colorado in games that the Oline could not block for him. It was ugly. And he is definitely tough as . He took a pounding in quite a few games.

I think young Sanders reaction after he finally got drafted was positive. Maybe from relief but hopefully that he gets a chance to prove people wrong. Some athletes seem to try and set up us/me against the world storylines.
