all time starting 5 is clearly
Russell Westbrook
Kobe Bryant
Draymond Green
Karl Malone
Zaza Pachulia
Jokic is the best big offensive player ever and his defense is quite underestimated but not comparable to Timmy. We cannot go wrong with pairing Tim and Jokic in any team tbh... but then you leave out of the team Shaq and it is obviously a problem

I thought this was a thread about Spurs offseason news
The road to is paved with good intentions.
De'Aaron Fox, Spurs
Eligible to sign: Aug. 3
Extension deadline: June 30, 2026
Fox was adamant after he was traded in February that San Antonio was not going to be a pit stop in his career.
"There was no f---ing list," Fox told ESPN regarding trade talks with his former team, the Kings, at the trade deadline. "There was one team. I wanted to go to San Antonio."
Similar to Doncic, Fox is eligible to agree to an extension after the Finals conclude but is restricted on the amount of years and total value. The three-year, $140.2 million extension increases to four-years, $229 million starting on Aug. 3.
What to expect: Fox signs a four-year, $229 million extension.

Some other alleged pick intel:
- Spurs are willing to move 14th for a veteran
I'm hopeful the Spurs are able to do a deal with Fox for 2 years at the Max, and then declining in years 3 and 4 with 4 being a player option.
It would come out to 4/203 if I'm doing my math right (51/56/51/47) but in reality it would be 3/157 and then he could opt out and sign for anywhere up to 35% of the max as a 10-year vet.
It's a slim hope, but I think this is a pretty fair deal for both sides.
This was a good article.
Loved it until I saw this... wtf
There’s always the possibility of a name they weren’t expecting to fall does, like Dylan Harper.
If the Spurs are willing to move 14 for a veteran they sure as won’t be drafting a project at 14 if they can’t find the right trade partner. Cedric Coward, Nique Clifford and Maxime Raynaud are going off like alarm bells if this is true.
I'm not trading down for Maluach tbh
Possibly trading up maybe
Spurs might be willing to part with the ATL 27 pick. At least that's what it looks like to me. They would either trade it back to ATL for Okongwu, or they could use it to move up and draft Maluach. Rockets #10 is for sale for example.
