"...However, it may surprise you to learn that 100-degree heat used to be less prevalent. From 1950 through 2004, San Antonio averaged only nine days of triple-digit heat each year. That means that the frequency of such extreme temperatures has nearly tripled in the past two decades.

Why do you guys keep pretending like it's the same ol same ol?

Again, what the is your point?
You temperatures are only trending up in inner cities, Darrin?
Yes or no.
Its going to get hotter as cities expand and add millions more in population. Its common sense. When I was in HS, the intersection of 1604 @ Cuelebra was a single lane 4-way stop. Now, its a six lane highway.
A lot of that work has been completed already
That new 1604 @ I10 interchange is crazy, but will likely improve traffic by a lot. Austin is a complete cluster
Dodge #1.
You think temperatures are only trending up in inner cities, Darrin?
Yes or no.
No. But CO2 is one of the weakest greenhouse gases. I would blame more of the heat increase on urban sprawl. Its still caused by humans, if that makes you happy.
We're almost 12K years into the Holocene interglacial, so temps should increase regardless of human behavior
Is this your new shtick? You're pretty stupid and ignorant.
No shtick. It is a weak greenhouse gas. Google is your friend, cuck.
Were their cars and factories last time around?
How will that affect $50 LED bulb prices?
Obviously not. I'd much prefer an interglacial than a glacial, which our ancestors will experience at some point.
Have temperatures ever trended this high this quickly?
When?
Post a graph and the reason. "Just cuz"?
Yep and I have moved on to another location
FYI SA is a gold mine for major road design
Big jobs small jobs it don’t matter
I worked on that project
Fantastic traffic control plans and some wild retaining walls
I was referring to your claim of "heat increase caused by urban sprawl", genius.
Explain this then:
"...But extreme heat isn’t impacting every part of Texas the same. While every county in Texas has seen an average increase in temperatures over the last decade, three areas of the state have seen the biggest jumps in record-breaking temperatures: West Texas, the Panhandle, and the Gulf...."

I mean you guys are trying to argue with someone who thought being asked to put a mask on for twenty minutes when going to HEB or two minutes when going to the ice house was a mortal attack on his freedumb.
Karrin won't
