Its going to get hotter as cities expand and add millions more in population. Its common sense. When I was in HS, the intersection of 1604 @ Cuelebra was a single lane 4-way stop. Now, its a six lane highway.

No. But CO2 is one of the weakest greenhouse gases. I would blame more of the heat increase on urban sprawl. Its still caused by humans, if that makes you happy.
We're almost 12K years into the Holocene interglacial, so temps should increase regardless of human behavior
