Then he should probably play this summer. A blood clot isn't a re-injury type of injury. You could make the case that Victor should play this summer to see how his body holds up. Otherwise he won't play any high impact basketball until the start of the nba season.

Here’s probably a little more reliable of a source. Not anything concrete but as of now sounds like he hasn’t been cleared but he wants to play.
