Im guessing Germany has about 200 ready to use for themselves at most. So yeah I guess they could gift Ukraine 20 or 30
And Ukraine doesn't use its aid wisely. Look at what they wasted in the Kursk operation. Look how much they wasted trying to take out the Crimean Bridge.
