Nahh... there are so many teams talent starved that he isn't slipping that far. I can't see a Brooklyn, Chicago passing on him. For sure the Rockets take him at 10 if available, they have a track record of going after perceived fallers (Sengun, Whitmore, etc).
Indiana trading the #23 pick in this draft to New Orleans in exchange for their own 2026 FRP (which NOP owned) back.
Seems like a move Indiana is making just to free up cap space this offseason. Have to imagine that in a vacuum the 23 pick this year is worth more than their 2026 pick.
Yup...it also makes the Stepien Rule irrelevant for them going forward..
'26 pick gives them more flexiblity with Stepien rule.
If they didn't get it back, they wouldn't have been able to trade '27 FRP, now they have all of their picks from '26 ownard.

they're probably going to get into the tax to re-sign Myles Turner, dont want the additional payroll of a 1st rounder this year anyway, as they already have a pretty deep rotation under contract.
by getting their 2026 pick back, they now have complete flexibility when it comes to trading future draft capital. and after this year, they will not have any outgoing FRPs anymore. they are well positioned to remain compe ive for quite a while and have the assets to reshuffle when needed

i dont know if pelicans actually want to make a second selection in the 20s or if this is just ammunition to move up from 7 to get their guy, whether it be bailey or somebody else

If I could contact this guy, I'd tell him he's a ing and to stop being a Spurs hater. No chance we're trading Dylan Harper for anything less than a Superstar such as Giannis. Any other trade proposals at this stage are just hate from the other side not wanting to see the Spurs get another potentially great player.
Eh, these guys are trying to generate interest in the draft, worst case just for themselves. No one has talked about Cooper Flagg in weeks (though he deserves it), so this is something to talk about.
Question: Is the Zhang Bang the reincarnation of TSpence?
Definitely take Bailey over the trade. Flip the other pieces for something else.
