Thank goodness we didnt get the 3rd pick or else we would be dealing with this.
I mean, bro, now that the NIL is a thing, young European players are starting to flood into US colleges. Why is this happening? Because now with money not being the obstacle, they ing know that top end college basketball is far ing better than most European club basketball. , Ratioparm Ulm would get rocked by last year's UConn team.
Thank goodness we didnt get the 3rd pick or else we would be dealing with this.
It's totally bizarre that the Spurs wound up getting the one move-up pick that was the weirdest fit for them. Dylan Harper is super exciting but figuring this out is going to be hard.
That said, if they got the 3 or 4, there's no way in the Spurs would have considered Ace Bailey. I'm very confident about this.
He probably has a team he want to go to and a promise to pick him if available
Lots of Ace Bailey hanging out with Shadeur Sanders possibilities for the ChatGPT Images thread
Imagine if the Spurs had gotten pick #3 instead of #2. Would they take Bailey?
I mean, I’m not so sure. It’s clear that he doesn’t entirely have his head on straight, but the talent is undeniable, and the fit is seamless.
Yo that's actually nuts.
Wonder what the picks are. Shows how teams view Harper though.
Don't think they would've honestly, despite our desperate need for a wing. Bailey is a boom or bust prospect and seems like the exact opposite personality type that the Spurs want in the locker room.

Maybe Bailey would have wanted to play for the Spurs.
Yea I'm sure PATFO haven't received calls from numerous teams regarding the #2 Pick tbh. It's clear there's a considerable gap between Flagg + Harper and the rest of the draft pool. Glad the Spurs aren't budging though. We lucked into the 2nd Overall Pick in a draft where there's a clear-cut #2 prospect. You take him and don't look back, regardless of fit.
you're evading your own argument. you confidently claimed no ABA league could beat a top NCAA team and "it's not close at all".
fair enough. you clearly watch a lot of hoops. let's take last season's march madness winners, florida and the ABA league team that finished highest in euroleague last season, crvena zvezda.
how are florida winning in a way that's "not close at all"? roster-by-roster analysis and breakdown. strictly on-court stuff. genuinely intrigued to hear your take.
so #14 and future picks
No I don't. What did he say?
nah Maluach got a good floor and good signs of upside. He has improved rapidly so far and at worst he's one of the best back up centers in the league. Beringer is all potential due to his physical traits and open growth plates, but he's not a safe bet for putting it all together. His floor is back up in Europe.
you clearly have no idea what you are talking about![]()
If we got the 3rd pick, the KD deal would've happened already![]()
Poku is a 4/5 and OD is a 4. Not wings.
Bryant. Less of a mystery box than the other two.
If we had drawn 3, we’d be picking Edgecombe.
Congrats on the dumbest take of the year!!
You killed the compe ion
And there would be 75 pages on how he is better than Harper…
Is there currently 75 pages on how Harper is better than Flagg? That doesn’t track.
