Also, if, as rumored, this is a done deal, the league may have asked them to wait in order to not step on the Finals.
Suns are hoping someone gets desperate and improves their bid.

this is why i said "up their bids"
where has a done deal been rumored?
nba didnt get mad when bane trade happened. sure Bane doesnt have same headlines as KD but it was a big trade given the haul
The Bane deal makes me doubt this line of reasoning. KD is higher profile but the Bane deal was still a blockbuster in terms of the price ORL paid.
is this skinny ass kunt a spur yet?
Of course I know but it's really just a coincidence for now
I haven't read any rumors about a link between PSG and the Spurs, although iircc last winter both clubs had a few merch when Spurs came to Paris
He joined PSG a couple years ago now
Feels like the Suns are hoping someone blinks and offers something dumb
1) Durant prefers Spurs/Rockets/Heat (but mostly spurs)
2) Suns underwhelmed by offers from Spurs/Rockets/Heat
3) Suns having discussions/offers from Toronto/Minnesota with some extravagant stated offers
4) Turns out Toronto/Minnesota arent willing to pull the trigger on anything unless KD wants to play there
5) go back to step 1
we've been in this cycle for a while now, with nothing new really developing
only thing i have to go off of is Jake Fischer saying his educated guess is Miami, and he's reasonably plugged in. i also think the on-court fit there is good.
I don’t get Durant’s fit in Houston. He’s almost 37. I don’t think he can carry an offense anymore. I know they have Sengún - but he’s not a “guy”. Houston would still need more shooting or teams are going to collapse on KD.
At this stage,’ Durant probably needs more ball movement and shot creators around him. He’s a smart and efficient player - so I do believe he has some years left. To me, he’s more of a 3rd option now.
No idea where he ends up. Suns are screwed.
KD doing all this just because he wants to be a Spur. What a time to be alive.
The stars are aligning. In more ways than one.
If not SA, I ultimately think he ends up in Miami too. Not even sure what that trade would look like exactly, but Riley gets done so I wouldn't be surprised if he pulls this off as well.
He still is an effective scorer.
Yep. I think Phoenix gets desperate this weekend though.
the only thing the Suns will get out of this, is that their fans think they tried everything they could to get whatever the return from the Spurs is. And it won't be a lot.
This is my offer: Nothing.
Not even the matching salary, which I would appreciate if you put up personally.

Getting publicly called out by another reporter (and your supposed "source") is next level dumbassery.
