Wrong. The rest of your post is mostly right.

Illegal aliens are not Americans and should never be. The USA is beyond full, take one peek at the house prices if you've been living under a rock for the past half decade.
It's one thing to push for rational border control, quite another to just be an overbearing bag because you weren't raised with any self respect or manners.

Well there are a lot fewer workers to build any new housing now and going forward.

    Congratulations.
American workers are slightly technically more expensive per hour, sure, because a few bucks an hour buys a lot of pesos, but they sure as do a much better job from experience. I remember vividly my university student union being delayed by over a year (2013-16 instead of late 2014), heck construction on a big road delayed by 5 years (2008-2015 instead of 2008-2010) in San Antonio on the far west side, all because of slow, sloppy, lazy, greasy, dirty Mexicans and their ilk spending 90% of their time on the clock (usually on taxpayer payroll) smoking cigarettes, laughing with their amigos, shouting random stuff in Spanish, slacking off, having a good ole momento y siesta out there and not getting anything done. That's your average immigrant worker.

But the bigger problem isn't even them, it's the hordes of filthy, rotten, disease and religion infested turd-world loathsome immigrant rats from the rest of the world that isn't Latin America. The Africans, Middle Easterners, Haitians, India Indians, SE Asians etc who come into the USA to mooch and refuse to assimilate. And some of them, especially the Indians, occupy high-paying jobs that should rightfully go to US Citizens with college degrees. Maybe the average humanities major would be less inclined to vote blue no matter who if they were actually working and feeding a family not living off the government and spending their miserable existences playing video games, smoking weed (gross), and being poisoned to be social justice warrior sycophants. Deport all of these disgusting refugees... most of which were from the Obama and Biden era administrations.... every single last one of those filthy roaches. And throw all the bleeding heart sycophants in jail for a solid 3-6 months with minimal food and/or draft them into the military.

There are about 4 things that are 100% true.

first, this is going to get much much worse. Especially for the poors that worried more about saying it with a hard r

second, the people that want to be openly racist, sexist, and and trans phobic will support anything that punishes people they fear, or get angrily aroused by

Third, these people are not reachable. They need to keep the world in a safe little box. They will never ever admit they’re wrong, because they have staked their whole iden y on owning the libz.

and fourth, they don’t have any clue that within 2 generations, swill be erased from their family lore

Imagine if your parents had been decent people and saying things like this ^ would have resulted in them sitting down with you and explaining compassion, empathy and facts to you?

Imagine if your parents had loved you?

You would be incapable of spewing hateful, racist, word salads like the above.

But they didn't...and this is the diarrhea that is unleashed on the planet. Now- multiply garbage like that by 77 million ignorant racists...

cutting Medicare by one trillion dollars is a great idea

(so is the timing of this article)

For years, the United States labor market has been undergoing a structural transformation. As jobs in manufacturing have receded, slowly but steadily, the health care industry has more than replaced them.

The change has been particularly visible over the past year, during which health care has been responsible for about a third of all employment growth, while other categories, like retail and manufacturing, have stayed essentially flat.

more cash strapped rural hospitals will close, patients will clog ERs in cities and suburbs

rural Texans will see their health care deteriorate soon

For years, Texas has led the nation in shuttered rural hospitals. More than 20 have closed since 2010. The state has repeatedly infused millions of dollars to try to keep the critical infrastructure from crumbling. But the underlying problems aren't things like broken boilers or MRI machines, the sorts of one-time expenses that a one-time grant can fix. Rural hospitals often have a high number of patients who lack health insurance, and they can't spread out costs like their urban counterparts. According to the National Rural Health Association, almost half of rural hospitals run negative balances.

That underlying economic problem is about to get a lot worse.

The Trump budget bill currently making its way through Congress would close a loophole that states use to maximize federal subsidies for hospitals — meaning less money for hospitals.

And at the same time, new work requirements to receive Medicaid would effectively deny health care coverage to millions of people — meaning that more uninsured people will show up at hospitals needing care. According to the association, under the House version of the bill, total cuts to Medicaid reimbursements to rural hospitals would reach almost $70 billion. The Senate version has even deeper cuts, axing some $1 trillion from Medicaid.

“In more than half of states, reductions in Medicaid funding for rural hospitals would exceed 20%," says the National Rural Health Association. Hospital closures are bound to follow.
