Looks like we'll be flirting right around that 100 degree mark for a while. That high pressure ridge must be NW of us now to be giving us daytime dewpoints in the high 40s bringing in desert air at high al udes with its clockwise flow.
still raining, forecast highs next 10 days in the mid to upper 90s and not 100s, nothing like 2022-2023 at all heading into August
also I was in Central City Colorado at 9,610' elevation and it was like 62 degrees on Thursday the 24th a few days ago when it was almost 100 degrees here in SA (got back around 8pm last night) and I got over 16 miles of walking/hiking in. Feel free to punch me in the face.

Hit 100 today, but with a low dewpoint in the 40s so not too bad.
Ugh now the humidity is back
Just drove the 22 hours 21 minutes up from SAT to Grand Rapids Michigan. Comfortable 66 degrees here. Lows in the 50s next few nights, highs upper 70s low humidity
San Antonio was reasonably nice for July when I was there two separate weeks this year. Definitely nothing like 2022 or 2023 which were basically Riyadh
Glad I chose to take a break and go north for a week and get out of this November dutch-oven. Back now and it's horrible. Feels NOTHING like November. More like middle of June (as it should be). Ugh. ugh. ugh.
Was a lovely crisp 26 in Plymouth Michigan and 37 in Chicago this past weekend. Loved it.
baseline bum why are we getting May weather in mid-late November?
50s in Michigan last few days. Lovely weekend. Last weekend I was in SA and it was actually lovely as well. But we'll probably have a hot/dry May, we'll see.
.
Back into the 90s tomorrow. April was unusually cold and felt more 2021 than 2022. Actually, April 2022 was cooler than normal, but May 2022 was insanely hot and dry, especially the latter two thirds of it.
Two days 'til the 4 year anniversary of this thread... this year feels so much like 4 years ago, different president same problems, record inflation and gas prices, maybe this year it's worse because the job market is worse this year.
This is a classic el nino spring.
Happy Summer 2026!
