OTF reporting OL Andre Cojoe will miss the season with a knee injury.
They believe it happened on Saturday.
CB Justice Fitzpatrick of Fort Lauderdale, FL told On3 that Texas is still trying hard to flip him.
He didn't use his scheduled official visit to Austin once he committed to Georgia, but mentioned it's likely he'll be in Austin this fall.
“I would say probably Texas,” Fitzpatrick said of the school that is pushing the second most for a flip. “It was Florida, but I think Florida simmered down because they could tell that I was really locked in with Georgia. They still try to talk to me here and there. Texas, they are still trying to build a strong relationship. With Texas and Florida, it’s kind of like just keeping the line open just in case something happens.”
“During the season, yeah, I probably am,” Fitzpatrick said of visiting the schools as mentioned earlier. “A lot of them are still trying to keep in communication with me. As of now, I haven’t fully set up things, but most of them are still pushing for that.”

I kinda like this. It’s seems both are more disruptive. Anyways, it seems we have what seems like a lot of competent players at DT. So finding the right pair(s) may be more important than who starts in the long run. The two mentioned do not seem to be use as “space filler” like Brevard or Big Bill Norton last year.
They mentioned Brevard as a guy who will play a ton regardless.
I don't think Texas is really involved here, but I'll post if I see anything.
