One reason so there are many DOJ losses attempting to convict bystanders and victims of immigration enforcement is that judges and juries don't believe them. The government needs to quit lying about its violent actions.

The vehicle intentionally pulled in front of ICE vehicles and blocked their path.
Two ICE officer exited their blocked vehicle and ordered the driver to exit the vehicle; One stepped toward the driver's door and the other towards the left front of the vehicle.
After repeated commands to exit the vehicle, the driver first put the vehicle in reverse and next, placed it in drive and accelerated toward the officer in front of the vehicle.
He shot the driver in self-defense.

It showed an ICE agent walking toward the SUV and ordering the woman to get out of the vehicle. As the agent grabbed onto her door handle, the woman backed up a few feet and then drove forward. Gunfire from a different agent erupted. The SUV continued down the street and hit a parked car.
