This is DOA.
It's not how anything works.
more attempted rule by presidential proclamation
in practice, that hasn't been highly effective for Trump so far
I'm guessing you've not read the Executive Order or understand the myriad of ways the federal government can compel the use of federal disaster funds that have been sent to California for the purpose of rebuilding. Why do you hate Californians, Winehole?
Newsome's troubles just keep piling up...
I don't, but it's clear you and Trump do
what do you think is going to happen?
Ultimately, I think California municipalities are going to be forced/compelled/cajoled or otherwise incentivized to get off their asses and start issuing permits. That's what I think.
While we're on the subject of California. I also agree that Scott Bessent was correct when he described Governor Newsom as being the only other person in California that understood the economy less than Kamala Harris.
More on Governor Newsom's economical prowess...
tweetstorm
You have no substance, yoni.
In Japan, this is what you get for $70 Million dollars:
In California, this is what you get for $17 Billion dollars:
You don't want trains anywhere, yoni.
You're the problem.
I'm not a Newsom fan, it's mostly lost on me...
I hope someone replaces him tbh
Of course your not and I suspect quite a bit is lost on you...
He will be replaced - he's term limited. Meanwhile, you've got a choice to make because, it appears the incompetent, malfeasant, grifter, Soros cuck Newsom might be the Democrat nominee to run against J. D. Vance in 2028. Quite the pickle for you, Winehole.
JV Vance?
lol
You chodes aren't going to be that excited by a race mixer.
Trump may try to cling to power if he survives that long
I doubt Newsom has as much rizz outside of California as you seem to think -- we will see. California itself will vote for any Dem who gets the nod.
For me, voting against Republicans in 2028 will be the easiest decision I ever make, no matter who gets nominated
I wouldn't discount Vance getting significant own-side admiration on the sly for hitting some "strange"
Supposing Trump does not die first nor declare himself king, the only way this succession gets interesting is if Rubio primaries Vance
Your information diet is absolute ing garbage!
What was it you said in another thread? Something about conspiracies and being in a rut? I think that was it.
He's the ostensible frontrunner for the Democrat nomination in 2028. Harris, the only candidate more unlikeable than Newsom AND Hillary Clinton, comes in 2nd. Wow, the Democrat bench is strong for 2028.
2028 Democratic Presidential Nomination
That's the spirit, Winehole! Lock yourself into a failing ideology. "Anybody But" has rarely won and election.
Polls are just based on name recognition at this point. The establishment want Shapiro and when it comes to that party the establishment usually gets what it wants. Their voters are good at doing what they are told.
What does this even mean? Seriously, I don't know to what your referring.
If Republicans hold the House and Senate, through the midterms, President Trump will probably be able to complete most of his 2nd term mandate and gladly - if wearily - hand the reins over to his successor. After all he's been through, at the hands of lunatics and Democrats (I repeat myself), he's probably ready to retire from public office. As for Rubio primarying Vance, unless things go wildly off the rails between now and 2028, I think you're looking at a Vance/Rubio ticket.
Of course, a lot can change between now and then but, I can pretty much guarantee President Trump will be stepping down and into retirement on January 20, 2029.
And, the way things are looking for Democrats, with the predicted shift in Electoral Votes from Blue to Red, I'm hoping his successor will be a Republican - even if it isn't Vance or Rubio - both of whom I would vote for. However, we have a significantly deeper bench than Democrats, if the 7 candidates, listed in this poll, are on whom the Democrats are pinning their hopes for a return to the White House.
