Yes, I agree. You should go further though and blame the entire system. Biden was literally arming Israel during the war with Gaza. So it doesn't matter who is in power. We get dragged in either way. This is of course much bigger but I don't really doubt Biden would be more than willing to do something similar had he still been in power.
