OPSEC is clean
https://this.weekinsecurity.com/rese...house-network/A cybersecurity firm has found residential proxies running on the White House's internal network, potentially exposing other devices and systems to cyberattacks.
In a blog post on Wednesday, network security company Layer3Intel said it discovered evidence of resproxies on the network run by the Executive Office of the President, or EOP, the office of top officials and staff in the president's inner circle. The company said that it observed resproxy activity on the government network throughout October and into November.
That means at least one device on the network allows outsiders to access the White House's network.
nanny presidency
Natalie Harp, Donald Trump’s always-at-his-side executive assistant, appears to have now taken control of the president’s personal mobile phone and is deciding who can and cannot speak to him.
For months, the White House has boasted of Trump’s accessibility to reporters and pointed to the fact that numerous members of the White House press corps are able to dial the president’s phone and connect with him for brief phone interviews at all times of the day and night.
But as Trump’s approval ratings have reached a nadir and as his party was taking a humiliating drubbing in the midterm elections, it appears that his so-called “human printer” Harp, is screening his calls to prevent him from having any uncomfortable conversations with journalists — apparently at her discretionThe newly-ins uted gatekeeping is a departure from Trump’s longtime practice of answering his own phone, something he and his aides have for years boasted about when referring to his accessibility and comparing him favorably to his predecessors in the White House.
But Harp’s apparent involvement comes at a time when the young White House aide appears to be exerting more and more control over the president’s consumption of news and information.https://www.the-independent.com/news...-b3079434.htmlAccording to multiple reports, it is Harp who has repeatedly connected him with self-described “Islamophobe” and activist Laura Loomer over the objections of other senior members of his staff, and Harp was reportedly responsible for Trump’s decision to bar CNN, MSNOW and Politico from the White House in September.
doddering old man gonna dodder
I'd love to know the age of the interns running the WH twitter account
Trump declares a literal monument to his own bad taste
Very focused on the important stuff, as usual
https://www.independent.co.uk/news/w...-b3080117.htmlPresident Donald Trump has taken steps to prevent future presidents from altering the Oval Office, which he has meticulously refurbished with countless golden adornments.
During a ceremony Thursday afternoon — two days after Republicans suffered crushing midterm losses — Trump declared both the Oval Office and the White House Cabinet Room national monuments.
“We’re going to send it over to Congress to have it ratified,” the president said, referring to a do ent placed on the Resolute Desk. “It will not be allowed to be touched by anybody, destroyed, ripped down by stupid people in order to build something in a slightly different shape.”
Well as the Supreme Court already determined with Trump, all the new president has to do is make a new executive order to tear it all down and presto.
"Official Act"!
MAGA is losing its juice, devolving to petty recriminations

The senior senator said he's talked to James Talarico and is ready to work with him to "benefit Texas."
^ only a huge pussy would slam tariffs after the fact.
Thinking about how Wiles explained her relationship with Trump as functionally the same as managing her alcoholic dad.
She was the Daddy Whisperer and being the Daddy Whisperer to an abusive and unstable man means a whole lot of de-escalatory emotional work that men rarely know how to do
