Miller was always in charge of (stupid) policy. Doing the babysitting Wiles was responsible for is only going to be a distraction from that.
Trump already has a nanny, that's Natalie Harp's job. I do agree that Miller will probably be bad at his new job, but I wonder whether he's lost any power. Looks kinda like him and Vought might basically be running the executive branch now.
