I think Drob got ejected from a game twice in his career.

Yeah I think you are right...they suspended him after the fact.
I can't remember if that was what happened with Willis either...I just remember he threw an elbow at Scott Williams.

True Supergirl but Pop isn't a player and ducks asked when the last Spurs' player was thrown out.
Of course, ducks didn't qualify that and thus it may not be restricted to a game. He just said "thrown out". It could be that Amy sent Timmy outside to sleep in the doghouse one night.
The '99-'00 one was @Portland for arguing a call and slamming the ball on the floor. Spurs were trailing when DRob went out and Duncan took over after the ejection to win it.

Kevin Willis gets one-game suspension for flagrant foul
SAN ANTONIO (AP) -- San Antonio reserve center Kevin Willis was suspended by the NBA for one game without pay Sunday after he elbowed Scott Williams in the throat in the Spurs' playoff opener against Phoenix.
Willis will miss Game 2 Monday in San Antonio. As he was going for a defensive rebound, Willis threw an elbow that hit Williams in the throat with 29.3 seconds before halftime in Phoenix's 96-95 overtime victory Saturday.
Referee Scott Foster whistled Willis for a flagrant foul and ejected him from the game.
Williams lay motionless near the Suns' foul line for several minutes before being helped from the floor. Williams sprained his neck but returned to the game early in the third quarter.
One other detail...The Willis Game 1 ejection came on Sat., April 19, 2003.
I remember Duncan getting ejected along with KG in 2002.
Stephen Jackson ejected in a game at Washington on New years eve for slapping the hand of a referee while Duncan was arguing for a foul call.
And Bruce Bowen in 2003 vs Seattle when he got 2 Ts for throwing elbows at Ray Allen and Brent Barry.

That was just few days before the all-star game. And I can still remember their official All-Star photo, (Western Conference), KG didn't want to stand next to Duncan.All big men are supposed to be standing at the middle and there KG standing at the sides

That was the last straw of any respect I had for KG. Duncan didn't do do a damn thing but just stand there. KG was going off like somebody was cracking the queen Aliens eggs.
David got thrown out that night in Portland by Bennie Adams, who hit the Admiral with 2 t's in rapid succession as David argued a call. Pop's comment about David's actions is still a classic in my book. Here's the story:
Game Story
PORTLAND, Oregon (Ticker) -- The San Antonio Spurs took the loss
of their "Admiral" very personally.
Tim Duncan's go-ahead jumper with 36 seconds remaining capped a
furious late rally as the Spurs responded to center David
Robinson's ejection by running past the Portland Trail Blazers,
89-85, in an emotionally charged rematch of last season's
Western Conference finals.
Referee Bennie Adams made a questionable offensive foul call on
Robinson as he battled in the paint with Portland forward Brian
Grant with 3:16 to play. The normally reserved and congenial
pivotman went into a tirade, bouncing the basketball and making
accidental contact with Adams, who slapped him with a pair of
technicals.
"Dave getting kicked out of the game was an appropriate
response," San Antonio coach Gregg Popovich said. "You don't
see David do that very often. When he gets that angry, it's for
a reason. This was a special game for us. It was very special
and we kept fighting through all the adversity."
"When David Robinson was ejected, we kind of thought it was
over," Grant said. "It's a tough one to lose because we know we
put our hearts into it and we had the effort but they turned it
up and we couldn't score when we needed one."
Robinson trudged off the court, kicking a chair on his way to
the locker room. Trailing 82-75, the Spurs appeared to refocus
their resolve and went on a decisive 12-0 burst.
"I try not to let the officials get to me or get me out of a
game," Robinson said. "I thought some of the stuff was pretty
blatant and I had to say so. I'm proud of the guys, though."
Duncan, who had 36 points and 15 rebounds, made a nifty
between-the-legs dribble before beating the shot clock with an
18-footer from the left side that swished through the net,
giving San Antonio an 85-83 lead with 36 seconds remaining.
"Tim hit that fallaway and hit his free throws," Robinson said.
"He really played great. I don't mind some of the calls going
against me. Late in the game though, you have to let the
players play. I was in the locker room jumping up and down
though."
"I wanted to be more aggressive tonight and it started on the
glass," Duncan said. "That's where the effort was. This is a
huge win for us. We need road wins badly, especially with the
playoffs coming. They are a very talented team and they still
have a better record than us. But this was a big confidence
builder."
Robinson finished with 15 points on 7-of-9 shooting and seven
rebounds in 29 minutes for the Spurs, who have won five of their
last six games to move one-half game ahead of Phoenix for fourth
place in the West.
Scottie Pippen scored a season-high 25 points for the Blazers,
but followed his teammates' lead by virtually disappearing down
the stretch.
"Good teams find a way to win down the stretch," Pippen said.
"It was a good lesson for us to learn that we need to find a way
to execute down the stretch."
Portland has struggled mightily since having its season-high
11-game winning streak snapped and has lost four in a row at
home for the first time since February 1996.
The Blazers were swept by the Spurs in last season's conference
finals. They appeared on the verge of their third straight win
against San Antonio this season before faltering in crunch time.
"It was a very disappointing loss for us," Portland coach Mike
Dunleavy said. "It compounds the issue of what we are going
through. I don't see our guys panicking. Naturally, we want to
win every game but this is not as critical as the playoffs."
Avery Johnson scored 14 points for San Antonio, which fell
behind by as many as 11 points in the fourth quarter and was
down 82-75 with 3:37 remaining after Rasheed Wallace buried a
21-footer.
Stoudamire's technical free throw made it an eight-point bulge
before Duncan made a running jumper and two free throws around a
20-footer by Johnson to cut the deficit to 83-81 with 1:44 left.
After a turnover by Pippen, Duncan drew a foul from Wallace and
knotted the contest with two more from the line with 1:18 to go.
Duncan's go-ahead jumper was followed by two clutch free throws
apiece from Johnson and Mario Elie as the Spurs walked off the
Rose Garden floor with a hard-fought win.
San Antonio shot 48 percent (33-of-69), held a 43-32 advantage
on the boards and overcame 17 turnovers.
Wallace scored 17 points, Grant 11 and Steve Smith 10 for the
Blazers, who shot 40 percent (33-of-82) and committed just eight
turnovers.
Robinson scored 10 of the Spurs' first 15 points and he and
Duncan combined for 26 in the first half, giving San Antonio a
43-40 lead.
Portland appeared to gain the upper hand in the third period,
outscoring the Spurs, 26-18, to pull ahead, 66-61, entering the
fourth quarter.
Greg Anthony hit a free throw, Pippen a 20-footer and Anthony
followed with a 3-pointer as the Blazers opened a 74-63 lead
with 9:33 to play before the Spurs mounted their comeback.
"I usually don't challenge our guys," Popovich said. "We know
who we are. But tonight, hopefully it's a good sign for us.
Consistency is the thing we're after. We had it the entire year
last season and we're just finding it now."
"When you are in a funk, you find ways to lose games," Anthony
said. "It was not good execution. It was not good court
awareness and Duncan made tough shots. You are up 10 points
with four minutes to go. If you are executing down the stretch
and scoring, you put more pressure on them. We never put any
more pressure on them at that point."
Though he was ejected from the game, the league reviewed that decision and the fine was rescinded (the most they could do) as they decided he shouldn't have been ejected.I remember Duncan getting ejected along with KG in 2002.
The game where Robinson got kicked out against Portland and then Duncan took over like a man possessed is one of my favorite Spurs games of all-time.

Here's the game story from the TD-KG altercation -- Feb. 4, 2004. I had forgotten that Rasho was at the center of that storm. Funny how a Rasho foul on Parker lead to the ejections of Duncan and Garnett:
Game Story
SAN ANTONIO (Ticker) -- The frustrations of two of the two power
forwards in the Western Conference came to a head at the same
time.
Tim Duncan and Kevin Garnett were ejected following a shouting
match early in the third quarter, but it hardly mattered as the
San Antonio Spurs routed the struggling Minnesota Timberwolves,
113-83.
The Spurs and Timberwolves are among the top teams in the
Western Conference but both have struggled in recent weeks. San
Antonio had lost six of its previous nine while Minneosta had
dropped five of seven, raising the frustration levels of the
normally mild-mannered Duncan and the already fiery Garnett.
The altercation took place after Spurs rookie Tony Parker was
fouled by Rasho Neseterovic while driving to the basket with
9:49 left in the third quarter. Parker bumped Garnett as he
landed and the 6-11 forward shoved the point guard in the back
lightly.
Duncan confronted Garnett, who went to nose-to-nose with his
fellow All-Star and began screaming. Both were assessed
technicals and separated but continued the shouting match
moments later and were ejected.
"The situation got out of hand," said Garnett, who collected
eight points and six rebounds before being tossed. "I should
have walked away from (garbage) like that. My focus is trying
to turn this thing around. As a team we haven't been playing at
a level we're accustomed to. My focus is not on Duncan right
now."
Garnett, who did most of the talking during the squabble, also
had the most to say after the game as Duncan chose not to
address the media.
"Tonight, it was two guys who were competing who exchanged some
words. It's as simple as that," Garnett said. "Tim had words, I
had words and the refs had to do what they felt like was the
best thing to stay in control of the game."
"I was really surprised Tim was ejected," Spurs coach Gregg
Popovich said. "I thought he was in total control. I thought he
walked away from the situation. You at least have to say it was
fair that it was Duncan and Garnett that got tossed. Garnett
and our 12th man or Duncan and their 12th man and I'd be a
little hot. But it was pretty even."
The ejections hardly mattered as the Spurs had amassed a 60-33
lead after a huge first half. San Antonio held Minnesota to a
season-low 29 points before halftime and seized control with a
20-2 run bridging the first and second quarters.
The Spurs had a 22-18 lead with 44 seconds left in the first
quarter before Duncan had a dunk and Antonio Daniels capped the
period with a three-point play for a 27-18 advantage.
San Antonio scored 15 of the first 17 points in the second and
took a 42-20 lead on a basket by Duncan with 6:59 remaining.
The Timberwolves never got closer than 21 thereafter and the
Spurs led by as many as 30 in the second half.
"It was a great win because we beat a really good team,"
Popovich said. "David (Robinson) and Tim really set the tone for
us, as they should."
Duncan had 13 points and nine rebounds before getting ejected
and Robinson collected 13 points and 15 rebounds. Daniels
finished with 13 points for San Antonio, which snapped a
four-game losing streak at the Alamodome.
The Spurs shot 51 percent (41-of-80), including 5-of-9 from
3-point range, and limited Minnesota to 38 percent (33-of-86)
shooting.
Gary Trent scored 16 points off the bench to lead the
Timberwolves, who has lost five of their last six road games.
Joe Smith and Chauncey Billups scored 10 points apiece.
All-Star Wally Szczerbiak, the league's sixth-best 3-point
shooter, was held to 10 points on 4-of-16 shooting and did not
have an attempt from beyond the arc.
What a bunsh of bull !!!! Duncan was just standing there looking away and Garnet was right in his face yelling and screaming so intensely he spitting all over. Duncan might have been talking, but Garnet was going off like a rookie had just scored on him twice in a row at training camp. KG is also a puss for shoving Parker.
