I just wanna know is how the did ya'll lose all your games in the season against them?
I know it doesnt make a difference in the post season, but why did they give the mavs just a hard time?
I'm only answering this because you asked. I'm not one for excuses. But... the first loss came at the begining of the year when we were losing every single game. And even with us playing like they only beat us by 3 points. The second loss was off a 17 game winning streak. I think we were aloud one bad game after winning 17 in a row. The last game... well we all know our bench is no match for GS.

They did a few years ago. But every year that the Spurs have lost their opening game of the playoffs, they've gone on to win the championship.

The way some of you spurs fans have been on the Warriors nuts you all are making the mavs seem like the underdogs now.
Some on here have been going a little overboard with the Mavs will lose to the Warriors mess. Yea, they match up well, have athletes and Nellie, but the major facto is experience, which they have none of and the Mavs have in spades. The Spurs used to get the same said about them every year. The Warriors are good, but I dont see them winning 2 games against the Mavs. I think the games will be close, but the experience will carry the better team through in those moments

Try 16 - 4 since beginning of March with 2 of the losses to the Spur. Since adding Jackson and Harrington and losing Dunleavy and Murphy they aren't really that .500 team you're talking about.
They beat Phoenix, smashed us, smashed the Pistons in Detroit, blew out Utah, but a lot of those wins were to teams playing out the string and tanking for Oden/Durant, and they beat our Jayvee squad. Just sayin'...still, I think you're right. They're a 52-30 wolf in 42-40 sheep's clothing. I think they're more like a 4 or 5 seed than a typical 8. Still, if we bring our "A" game, we'll dispatch them in 6 games.
