that's some serious ownage right there.
Lol, starting Kerry Collins for those first 4 games of the year was the biggest mistake Jeff Fisher has ever made, and it nearly got him fired, despite being one of the best coaches in the league.
KFC is such a piece of garbage.
that's some serious ownage right there.
i understand you have no idea what it takes to win football games. doesn't surpise me you being from Detroit.
Dude is 16 games into his career and you expect him to pass like Peyton Manning. BTW, Peyton was horrible his first 16 games. Most Quarterbacks take 3 years to develop fully. Your hate keeps you from seeing it, and it's not overplayed, it's accurate.
Seriously. That guy may be the only player in the league that can completely destroy a good team without even having to do anything detrimental to the team (aside from playing QB that is). He sucks. Ass.
Kerry Collins career passer rating is better than Vince Young's.
ans should have kept Collins as the starter.
Carson Palmer is another good example of that. The guy didn't even play the entire first year, and then the second year, he played some, but wasn't incredibly impressive, however showed promise. Then his third year and onward has been simply fantastic. Going 10-6 in your first 16 games, with such poor offensive talent, and a poor defense is pretty damn good, especially for someone that "cant pass" and is a "3-4 year project until he will be effective" like everyone was saying at first. the guy is a born leader, and playmaker. those are the two best qualities a QB can have, and those are qualities that you cant teach... you either have them, or you dont. you can develop arm strength can train accuracy to a point that you can be an NFL QB (if the QB is willing enough to work hard to learn and develop it). But this guy is special.
lol, johnsmith logic
Reading comprehension is not your strong suit.
I expect him to get better. I stated earlier that he probably will be better throwing the ball by the end of the year. He isn't there yet. He has a ways to go.
In no way do you refute that, in fact, you agree with me. Why else would you bring up Manning?
What's the point of your post again?
that you're a hater. Vince Young is one of the best quarterbacks in the league. I don't see why you're trying your darndest to tear him down. All players have weaknesses except Vince Young in the 4th quarter.
I think it's quite the opposite.
Best QBs in the league? That speaks for itself. I mean, didn't you just say it takes 2-3 years?
He has the potential, but he isn't there yet.
2-3 years from being top 3. Right now he is top 10 easily!
top QBs:
Brady, Manning, Romo, Palmer, McNabb, Farve, Hasselback, and then Young IMO.
lol, you're obsessed with me.
lol
I'll pretty much admit that this is my problem with VY, I just don't like him and most likely never will.
Plus he's an idiot.
Give me Young over Hasselbeck anyday. He's a good passer, and puts up decent passing stats, and is more mobile than most ordinary QBs, but thats about it. He doesn't do much of anything else. I personally would rather have Young over Favre as well, even though Favre is playing very well right now.
I don't know about easily. It'll shake out by the end of the year. Will VY continue to improve or will he regress?
And it's hard to see him beating out Palmer, Brady or Manning to get into that status. Maybe there will be four elite QBs and then everybody else. Who knows?
He can do it, but he has a lot of work to do. And so do the ans FO.
I respect the honesty. I hope you rub off on some of your compadres.
lol, stealing material
VY doesn't ever play terrible games. He played so well that it just seems like he played like .
Nope. He played like complete today.
He sure did.
However, he had the most important part of any QB stat line - W
Very true. He made just enough plays to get them to the W, which is all that matters.
Jay Cutler on the other hand... lol... got beat by... LOL... NORV TURNER.

How did the ans, Raiders, Cowboys, Bears, Packers, Vikings, Texans, Panthers, Rams, 49ers, and the rest of your teams do yesterday?
Yeah, the Broncos suck, but at least I'll stick by them and not start claiming allegiance to a bunch of other teams you bandwagoning waste of a person.
Lol, a little mad, eh? Mad at the fact that the Raiders > Broncos?
... Jay Cutler...

Yeah, I suppose the anger came across a little in my response, my bad.
I don't know that the Raiders > Broncos, especially considering the Broncos suck but still beat the Raiders, but I do know that San Diego will win that division and neither the Broncos or the Raiders will get a wild card.
