I find it quite mesmerizing, and I'm typically not even that wowed by s.
It reminds me of peewee's old avatar.

Not loose, picky. That's why you never got any when we hung out.

Well, . Now I've got to go and find ATRAIN's sig.
Anyone watch Modern Marvels? The "history of brick" is on and on a project, a brick layer lifts an 11lb brick and places it into position. On average, they place 1,000 bricks a day which comes to 11,000 pounds daily. When I worked EMS here in SA...I lifted that much per shift and that was transfering about 9-10 people a day.
They get to lift the same amount at 11 lbs a shot... what pussies!!!!
If I ever hear a brickl ayer complain of elbow, back or knee pain....I will ing beat their asses.![]()
How much heavy lifting do you do when you're on the stroll?
WOW, you saw 10 1,000lb people per day here?! I don't think I've seen 10 in my life---except on TV!
Man, this thread rocks now that it's on the new server!
bas . Did H.A.L. always start this thread? I've been dethroned!![]()
We would move a patient from the bed to our stretcher or lift the strether up from a low position if they could stand pivot and sit back down. Lift stretcher into anmbulance...take out strecher from ambulance and move bed, etc. And that does not include lifting a strecther with a patient on it up 2 or 3 stairs, that happens often.
The biggest person I have had to transport was about 630lbs.
man... i better not have TB... i'd be pissed. my friend was diagnosed with it and now he has to be on medication for 9 months and he's not allowed to drink alc. because the medicine weakens your liver or something.
