Overall in the playoffs, if the Wizards get past Lebron, they'll upset the Celtics and that'll be the biggest of the playoffs.

If we're talking about realistic upsets, he're are some in order of best possibility although some aren't really upsets if you take away the seeding #'s:

1. #7 Mavs over #2 Hornets

2. #6 Suns over #3 Spurs

3a. #5 Wizards over #4 Cavs Round 1
3b. #5 Wizards over #1 Celtics Round 2
3c. #5 Wizards over #2 Pistons Round 3

4. #7 Sixers over #2 Pistons

5. #8 Nuggets over #1 Lakers
