will this game end, so that a real series can start around 2 central![]()
Wizards went cold in 4th, James took over.
All the Wizards have to do is steal one away from CLE and they are in good shape. They went extremely cold in the 4th, and Gil was trying to do too much with the ball. The Cavs are still a one man show.
AND they had 7 guys. I don't care how lucky DJones got, if your the Wizards how do you not win that game?
No team wins every game it should win. So what if they lost that one. Using one regular season game to base your opinion of a ballclub is silly.
right. I should never assume that a playoff team should be able to beat a team that is playing 8 guys including Dleaguers. Of those seven, 2 that started didn't even play today, and the man coming off the bench got a DNP as well. They should win that game 100% of the time.
Nothing happens 100% of the time in the NBA. Even the Miami Heat were able to win 15 times this year.
I see what you are saying, but still 8 guys including 2 guys to never play in an NBA that joined the team hours before tipoff, and 3 of the 8 are scrubs. I mean you gotta take care of business if you are at decent
We'd all like to think the superior roster should go out there and secure a win there supposed to win .... but it doesn't always happen.
And imagine if you were the Wizards though facing that lineup. How do you get up for a game like that? Probably pretty easy to have a poor performance in a situation like that.
I take it we won't hear Stevenson calling James overrated? Memo to Stevenson not wise to rile up your playoff rival.
I'm a Cavs fan and I didn't even know this was a rivalry untill Friday morning when they started talking about the trash talk. I think the Cavs real rival is Detroit and if you were to ask most Cavs fans they would say the same thing. Detroit and Cleveland have a natural rivalry because of Ohio State/Michigan and now the Tigers/Indians.
The Wizards are studio gangsters. They like to talk tough but they don't have the soul of a physical team, nor do they have the defensive principles. No one laid a glove on LBJ on his last two drives to the cup late in the fourth quarter.
Someone should have told Zero to lay off the Cheetos and the Party Poker while he was convalescing. He looks like Khalid el-Amin these days. He can come in early and heat things up but right now he isn't in shape enough to do anything more than reach on defense, and he was flagging noticeably late in the game.
Cavs in six.
