After all these incredible comebacks, I've figured that the Suns are getting rigged against the Spurs. you refs.
And I guess when Manu got hacked across the face and it was a no call was pro Spurs??? You need to shut the up and go watch your choker loser Mavericks team. Why even come to Spurstalk and talk this stupid ??? LOSER!!!!!!

The Suns got beat because they were unable to stop Manu. No refs no excuses.
And Duncan's performance was ridiculous as well. It'll be a long time (for Spurs fans at least) to see anything like that again. It's not that the refs were bad, it's just that they called a bunch of ticky tack on BOTH sides. Whether the Spurs won or lost is irrelevant.

Let's see this pussy post this in the Spurs forum

Yeah but that was by design. The same thing the Spurs did with Amare in 05WCF. Letting him averaged 37 ppg and keeping everyone in check. Where the Suns failed was in allowing Manu and Parker to get going. You can live with TD having a big game but you must slow Manu and TP as much as possible.

There were so many plays where Shaq basically owned Duncan defensively. I don't know why, but Duncan kept wanting to back Shaq down, which no one in the NBA can. Manu, on the other hand, kept taking it straight to Shaq in the 4th and so on. Reckless, but pretty successful.

Duncan vs Shaq scares me a little.

Did you watch the game? The fouls on Shaq and Amare were legit calls. They had to be made. Over-aggressive play by a hyped up Suns team knowing they really needed Game One is what caused those fouls. Stay calm, play for 48 minutes like a champion, is what won it for the Spurs.

Yes, I'm sure the NBA and Stern are just fixing for the Spurs to advance since that will definitely help ratings and help the NBA gain greater exposure than say the Suns advancing and possibly having a Shaq vs Kobe Conference Finals.

Yeah Stern and ABC much rather have Spurs/Pistons then say Celts/Lakers.

Shaq and Amare in foul trouble the whole game.
Then maybe Shaq and Amare shouldn't foul as much...

I'm a Laker fan here so I have zero interest in either team making it.

That said...let's be real about the foul trouble on Stoudemire and Shaq. Jesus H Christ, even a en re that watches basketball knew that was coming. SHAQ CANNOT GUARD THE PICK AND ROLL. LET ME REPEAT FOR YOU DUMB S THAT DIDN'T SEE IT HAPPEN TIME AGAIN TO THE LAKERS. SHAQ CANNOT GUARD THE PICK AND ROLL.

There's a en reason, Troy Hudson and Mike Bibby looked otherwordly against the Lakers. Fat doesn't step out. Fat +200 pounds + man s that would make Meatloaf jealous= EVEN MORE EN FOULS. And Amare? ROFL. ARe you kidding me. My 2 year old neice could post up and score on this neanderthal.

    Get the out of here.

Look, I'm actually rooting for the MAvs and I genuinely believe they got Donghy'ed out of the 06' ship but don't go getting crazy. Spurs won that straight up and I say that despite hating Pop's disengenuous ghoulish ugly ass. Oh , my bad, this is San Antonio we're talking about. I've been there and seen the en savages that town calls people. Carry on.
