Does anyone else find that thing completely annoying?
I mean, first, they haven't won . Second, don't all NBA teams -- even the Sonics and Heat -- drink Gatorade?
What's the point of doing an entire 30-second spot about the Celtics and running it during every commercial break during games featuring other teams?

It also came on while Manu was being fouled late in the game and it pissed me off. I don't want to see Garnett's ugly skeleton face while the game is still going on and the Spurs are trying to nail down a win.

Had to look at Garnetts ugly mug for 30 or 40 seconds before I could find out if Manu hit the FTs.
Wow I can't believe TNT did that during the Spurs game.

I vaguely recall a blurb from the ad, something about us needing heroes...
That was a real WTF moment for me - what part of KG's career is even remotely heroic?
Highly touted out of high school, the massive contract, the years of leading his team to mediocrity, getting bailed out with a plush trade is not the stuff of heroes.
This commercial is really starting to annoy me after reading this thread! I hate the song. I hate the black and white with only celtics in green. I hate seeing Garnett hold up the celtic jersey.
At last count, I think I've seen the commercial 18,735 times!
NBA tries to shove someone down your throat so much, that you start to hate them. They did it with Magic in the 80's.
It's not the NBA, its Gatorade. They do the same thing for Sidney Crosby (pittsburgh penguins, NHL) and they did it for Peyton Manning during the playoffs.
When it came on DURING the Spurs game, I looked at it as an omen.
Eli got his own after they won as well
Yeah this commercial is the gayest ever and they play it as much as those ty D-Quit cell phone ads
This will all end when the Lakers destroy the leprechauns in the finals.

Yea, that commercial really sucks. And now there's another one with KG. I just can't watch that . Why TD doesn't has his NBA commercial & KG has it?? Bull !!

I am ing sick and tired of seeing that same KG commercial EVERY FIVE ING MINUTES on ESPN, TNT, and NBA TV.
