Umm.. People know within a day if they are on all-ignore, then they just start a new user name.
If you want to personally ignore a poster, put them on your own ignore list. Pretty simple. Someone like Princess Pimp who is so lonely and desperate that their only interaction with people is by trolling on a Spurs message board for 10 years (not an exaggeration) isn't going to go away by banning or all ignore.
If you guys just put it on your ignore list, or just don't freakin respond to the posts, then it might get bored.
