Too soon! You need to use your powers well!
The Spurs are now 9-0 when I start the game blog, but perhaps tonight that streak will end.
Here's to finding out

Too soon! You need to use your powers well!
DAMN!!!!!
You can't say it now we are jinxed, our secret weapon just got flushed down the toilet.![]()
Don't worry, the Spurs will win game 3.
~GO SPURS GO!
Spurs 99
Suns 98
Duncan 28 pts
If the Spurs win tonight, I've got some concrete shoes I'd like you to try on, Amused.![]()
truth be told, I'd rather use my "game blog" only on absolute must wins, because if I was to make every game blog from here on out, I'm sure I'd lose my mojo!
This is such a critical game for the Suns. They will probably come out hyped and on fire. That's OK - all the Spurs need to do is just play their game. By the mid 3rd Q we'll see what's up. Suns are argueably the best first half team in this series but it takes 4 Qs to win. And in the case of game 1 a little more!
The Suns have great talent but haven't been able to put it together. Usually most teams resemble their coach because I see an errie resembleance. I think it's called mental toughness and pose under pressure. Something we've all experienced many a time from our Spurs.![]()
I just saw Manu and Steve Nash's There Can Only Be One Commercial.
Manu and Nash's face line up pretty well![]()
make it 10-0 amuseddaysleeper
Homecourt or not we are proven winners against these crybabies!![]()
I didn't shave tonight.
The jinx is on me if we lose!
I don't have a good feeling about this game tonight. Nobody is going 3-0 on anybody so far. This just feels like a Spurs letdown game that happens once a series.
You guys better win tonight. After seeing my Pistons fall down 1-2 in the series, I need something to pick me up!

Updates: Spurs vs. Suns - Game 3
PREGAME
The Spurs' first objective tonight is simple - get out to a faster start when they take on the Suns in Game 3 in Phoenix.
The Spurs got off to a slow start in Game 1 and got behind, clawed their way back in over the course of the second half and finally won in double overtime at the AT&T Center.
The Spurs got off to a not as quite so slow start in Game 2, ralllied back in the third quarter and won again at home.
The Spurs are on the road tonight, and have reason to assume coming from behind on the opposition's home court would be a notch tougher.
"We had to work out butts off, we had to have some good fortune, we had to play well down the stretch to win both games at home," Spurs coach Gregg Popovich said. "They're going home, they're going to feel good about themselves, so we've got to be ready for that."

anyone saw the Manu and Nash playoff commercial aired just now? They blink almost at the same time its freaky. and yes, manu's nose is big and everyone knows it.
Here's to Timmy celebrating his birthday with a good beat down on the Suns!

Let's go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yeah!!!!!!!!!!!
Yeah, pretty cool
In game interview with devin harris during the hornets-mavs game.
Spurs have won 8 straight playoff games, and have won 12 out of their last 13.
You can check through tha annals of NBA playoff history, and you will find few teams that have won 12 out of 13 over any stretch.
I think the Spurs are better than we think.
The fans are nutty tonight in Phx; must be the free t-shirts. I do believe I was assaulted while I was ordering a tail... bas Suns fans!
Yay... it's time!
