Yeah, Dirk had a solid series, he has nothing to be ashamed of individually. This offseason , at least, will have to be interesting for once.
The Mavericks were MUCH worse after trading for an old Kidd. They should have kept the young point guard Harris to match up with the quick west PGs.

Dirk had a stellar series really, gave this team everything he had on one leg. No more questioning him, period.
The Jason Kidd trade is re ed imo, was this what mavs fans wanted? I feel bad for Dirk they just keep wasting his prime years.
Dirk was a beast when he came back quickly from his injury. Kept the Mavs in playoff position. Too many damned good teams in his way, and his best chances are behind him it seems.
Who knows for sure. He has about 3 prime years left. Difficult times right now, but the franchise can't give in to pessimism and defeatist thinking like some of us fans right now. I foresee a couple of years of mediocrity followed by a Favre-ian one last ride.
