    no

But, I'm freaking out right now... I mean, it isn't a constant twitch. It's been happening every 20-30 minutes.

Yes. And I just finished reading this...

WHAT CONDITIONS CAN INCREASE THE CHANCE OF HAVING BELL'S PALSY?
Older people are more likely to be afflicted, but children are not immune to it. Children tend to recover well. Diabetics are more than 4 times more likely to develop Bells palsy than the general population.

Yeah, I'm sorry to tell you this, but it might could be that you got mouth herpes...
Herpes infections, whether initial or recurring, are usually first felt as a tingling and/or itching sensation in the affected location. These initial feelings are usually followed, depending on how severe the infection is, by the emergence of a raised or swollen area on the skin. This swollen area then becomes painful in general, but acutely sore when touched, stretched or moved. Eventually the sore area will abscess, and emit a virus laden clear fluid for several days before scabbing over. Once scabbed over the lesion will usually heal completely within a period of a week to ten days. In immuno-compromised individuals this cycle can be significantly protracted.

From the onset of infection/outbreak, many patients experience headaches, fatigue (sometimes extreme), and peculiar twitching sensations in the nerves that lead to the area of the outbreak.

Unless it's severe twiching I wouldn't rush to the ER just yet. If it is severe, or the twitching begins to spread to different regions of the face, then it's time to go to the hospital.

Okay, your diabetic. Is your blood sugar is normal? Have you eaten anything within the past 24-36 hours which could be suspect of causing an allergic reaction? Have you recently switched medications, or taken any medications/supplements which might be prone to side effects?

First, calm down and relax. Severely stressing will only exaggerate your symptoms.
More than likely, it's benign twitching, or a herpes infection (as stated above). I would wait 24 hours and see if the twitching subsides. If it doesn't, then I would consider going to the ER, for the obvious precautionary reasons.

You might want to check your potassium level at your next doctor visit. Vitamin supplements such as B-12 are beneficial for healthy nerve function. Monolauren is a great anti-viral supplement, it's found in coconut oil.

It happens to most porn stars.

It appears that giving constant blow jobs taxes the lips.

I get that often, or used to. It is most likely nothing to be concerned about, i used to get it around my eye alot.

I think it could be due to a large number of factors, most of which are non concerning.

Los Spurs, its probably stress/anxiety. It happens when you have a lot going on. Getting freaked out about it makes it worse. Just ignore it. Try to just relax and it will go away.
