It seems that every year the Spurs need to indoctrinate a team to what it's like to play at this level. They play at a higher level in the playoffs. I guarantee they aren't the same team the Hornets played during the regular season.

This is true. But let me just say that they weren't playing at a playoff intesity.
The Hornets didn't get the real Spurs, I mean the 4 time champs.
This time around they'll get a tougher to score/guard Spurs team.
Again I'm not taking anything away frrom NO because I know they're good and will be a challenge but in the end the better team will reign over this series so we should wait and see.

The Hornets team is not y they are almost identical to the Spurs.
Their Play is also elevated in the post season. They won in Dallas and that just was not done during the regular season. Now the defending Champs are coming to town? Yeah we are going to play with regular season intensity. I think the Hornets know just exactly what the Spurs are bringing.

Well their shots were not falling that game it wasn't anything the Mavs were doing. They came back the next one and took care of business.
Chris Paul is our best player but what you said can apply to any other NBA team. Take away Kobe..., Lebron... etc. etc.

This is the iness right thar. Gotta give the Mavs SOME credit for getting some passion in them if just for 1 game. Like the Lakers swept the Nuggets but in Game 4, the Nuggets almost gave the Lakers more than they could handle...that was the 50 win Nuggets right there. Give credit where it's due.

Mine was an explanation why they looked dazed and confused, not why the Hornets lost game 3. Their shots were not falling and whenthat happens to you as a player it is pretty damn frustrating. They were missing wide open looks that game so go look at the tape. The Hornets expected the Mavs to be tough at home so there shouldn't be anything unexpected there that would bring that type of reaction on.

I guess in about 7 1/2 hours, we'll see at least a glimpse of how this is going to play out.
