lol at the Jazz. They sucked in the last 3 minutes of this game. They just completely bailed the lakers out with brick after brick. Also, the Lakers exposed Utah's poor help D with the pick and roll.

DId I mention that Boozer sucks?

Lakers deserved this game but this 4th for Utah looks a lot like our 4th against NO. It happens to other teams too I guess

Utah kicked ass on rebounds, Pau's gotta man up.

Other than that, pretty much *yawn*, let's hurry this up and get it on with the Spurs or Hornets.

Kobe with 23 ft's and Boozer fouled out in the middle of the 4th and PJ is whining about the zebras? What a guy.

If SAS wanted an easy route, they should have played harder in the regular season.

The Machine gets a hall pass even if he looks like a pretty boy.... 4-6 for 15 points, that's friggin' smokin! I gotta agree he has one of the most punchable faces in the NBA, but that's what I like about him, he gets under your skin.

I think Lamar and Pau will fight back on the rebounds next game...they're not used to it but they will learn real quick.

The Jazz are an incredibly dirty and physical team. Their philosophy is that the refs can't call every foul, so we'll just foul on every play. Lakers need to come ready to play on Wed. with the mindset that UTAH is going to foul them and push them around. The Lakers need to push back.

way to give up on your own team already. that being said I'll gladly play the hornets over the spurs.

Rebuilding. Whats funny is we still make the playoffs while rebuilding...ahem...55 ing times out of 60 goddam years
Bynum getting injured was a blessing. The Kobe to Gasol to Odom passing is where it's evident.
I don't think Kobe will ever shake his glory-hog tendencies (he almost pissed the game away going one on one) but he listens to Phil and trusts his teammates now, so I don't really see why you guys can't go all the way with Kobe + Gasol. Maybe you guys just suck on defense still, but I don't see how teams outside of Detroit, Boston, and SA can defend your guys.

That flew over your head, man.
I'm not giving up, it was tongue-in-cheek

Plus, I don't think New Orleans can beat you guys. I still think we have a better shot at it.

Can anyone stop the Lakers in the West???
To be honest, nobody in the West can stop the Lakers. It's not iness, it's just the matchups. By grabbing the #1 seed, the Lakers made the table for themselves.

It just so happens that turned into good luck avoiding all the veteran teams....Mavs, Spurs, Suns until the last round...plus HCA.

Spurs would have played the Lakers well, but not in these late rounds after going thru the Suns and Hornets. If they beat the Hornets, it's going to go 6-7 games because of HCA.

Hornets are young and won't be affected by a long series but lack of experience and they have Utah's problem...nobody to guard Kobe.
