    Hornets fans, you'll soon come to learn (if you haven't already) that you're dealing with the most insecure fanbase in all of sports. When times get tough, they're quick to pull out the "4 rings" card. You'll get used to it. Most of the rest of us have found it easy to ignore with time.

    Good showing. I think everyone underestimated the Hornets. That's a pretty damn good team.

    Say there's a "Who was better? Horace Grant or Charles Oakley?" thread.

    Non-Spurs fan: Oak was a better player than Grant. He was more durable and his prime lasted a lot longer.

    Spurs fan: Whatever. We got 4 rings, which your pathetic team will never get.

    Yeah, right... But I must say to you how is that workin' here in ''Old lady'' Europe. For example, Manchester United FC used to loose some important games to much smaller teams... and none remembered that year after. Only CHAMPS are remembered. That's what counts: LES.

    dudes, not all Spurs fans pull the 4 rings card out.


    i wouldn't trade the thrill of watching SA earn each and every one of them but this is a 'what have you done for me lately' world we live in. And right now the Spurs have diarrhrea. Hopefully, Thursday nite will be the Kaopectate.

    We probably won't but who cares? We sent our little (aka the Phoenix Suns) packing once again. Good to know one more year will go by without that ass of an organization winning a le Glad the Spurs could once again ruin the hopes of Suns fans.

    Oh, and the ing Atlanta Hawks got two more playoff wins than the Suns. The ing 37 win Hawks against the team with the best regular season record got two more wins than the Suns could get against the Spurs.

    No no, give us Spurs fan SOME credit.

    We'd randomly bring Kurt Thomas into the conversation of Oakley vs Grant and THEN whip out the 4 rings card when someone from an opposing team disagrees.
