It's all about the horse, and the jockey (who has to be small and somewhat athletic), is more of an afterthought. Watching animals perform isn't a sport to me...
Kinda like Nascar...the car does most of the work. The driver has to have strong arms and know how to drive, but isn't much of an athlete...if his car fails him, he's done...
