Unfortunately, that's your degree and unless you're planning on going back to school, you're going to have to live with it. Have you looked into Industrial Psychology or Consumer Psychology?
I don't know. A kick from a horse could kill you. It would likely be a slow, painful, agonizing death from the hemorrhaging and loss of blood. Unless, of course, the horse would be so find as to kick you in the head the first time.

Look into construction. If you have a degree, I would think you could land a PMA job out in the field. Your pay should increase as you garner experience. There are folks who don't even have degrees that make more than what you are looking for but then again they do have the experience.
