So no one in Arizona has a cell phone?
There's more hilarity -- Stuart was arrested about a month ago on a new felony charge of filing false do ents with the Superior Court. His previoous bail has been revoked.

It doesn't say what he did, pretty vague, usually a sign of foul play by the governent.
Oh, not even Galileo could make this up:
On Friday, Superior Court Judge Roland Steinle unsealed the do ents that landed Stuart in jail.
The phony IRS forms were accompanied by a rambling 26-page legal discourse on the U.S. monetary system and why a citizen is en led to a share of the federal treasury.
One do ent appearing to be signed by Stuart was labeled "Bond Order" and addressed to the U.S. Secretary of the Treasury claiming ownership of a federal government account worth $150 million and demanding that the two $3 million bonds be transferred from that account....
Larry Hammond, Stuart's attorney at the time he secured bond, argued that Stuart is not a member of an extremist group called the Freemen despite do ents filed with the Pinal County Recorder's Office in which Stuart claims that he is not a U.S. citizen, does not recognize the authority of the United States and does not pay taxes or have a Social Security number....

It's all becoming quite clear.
According to the video in that link, the dude not only fled the scene, he also got hold of 2000 dollars and was preparing to flee when the police got to him. I don't know if this is accurate, but he certainly doesn't seem like the angel Galileo wants to make him out to be.
yeah... completely upstanding citizen that one...
It sounds like he's a little paranoid. Its not illegal to be a little paranoid, nor is an excuse to attack someone just because they are paranoid.
so what's the big deal about this. Why is this illegal? Will his claims ever be litigated by a impartial jury?
For example, he says he's a citizen of Arizona, not a citzen of the United States. If he wants to be that, I have no problem with it.
its not a matter of what he WANTS to be!You know you're making less sense with each post you make?
Where does it say in the Cons ution that you have to be a US citizen if you don't want to be?
I'm just curious as to why people should overlook the fact that 1) he fled the scene of the crime and 2) He intended to flee from police before he got caught. Nevermind the bat- -crazy illegal filling of court papers. We're supposed to believe he intended to call police when he got home? why? because he says so? because he is a Ron Paul supporter and they never lie?
Now don't get me wrong, every man is innocent until proven guilty, but this dude seems guiltier by the second.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but is one allowed to live in the US and not pay taxes or have a social security number simply because they decide they don't want to?
He lives in Arizona, not on federal land. He has to pay taxes to the state of Arizona.
Illegal aliens don't have to pay federal taxes because they are not US citizens.
How can it be illegal to file court papers? That's bat- crazy.
