good point.
BUT if spurs lose would it be considered an upset?
Yeah we're down 0-2, but this Hornets team is no better than any of the top teams we've faced in the last 5 seasons. They remind me of the 2003 Suns, 2005 Sonics, the 2006 Kings, the 2006 Mavs, teams that can look really good at moments against the Spurs but disappear on any given night. Teams that can make us look really bad at moments and can really give us problems. I've seen the Spurs put up plenty of games over the years, so Game 1 and 2 weren't shockers.
We've led at halftime both games. This Hornets team was only a 56-win team. The third quarter is the key and I'm sure the Spurs have learned that by now. Must win tonight. I wish gametime would get here already.
good point.
BUT if spurs lose would it be considered an upset?
Probably not.
By ranking, no.
But the spurs being the defending champs, many would see it as an upset.
it depends how we lose. if we lose in 5 games or less it's a disaster and a disgrace and they should be embarrassed.
but if they fight to force game 6 or 7 and still lose. it's just a bad matchup. just what happened vs. dallas.
if we win it's a historic comeback.
Weren't the Spurs favored in Vegas before the series opened? I guess from that perspective then yes.
white guys right
