Well, in the first one, the head isn't aligned or sized properly and the the skin tone might be off, but I'm not sure (about the skin tone). In the second one, you can see the original player's hair, and the angle is a bit extreme, but that makes it funny.

What program do you use? I was thinking that it might be helpful to create an image manipulation tips thread, with different techniques that people use to achieve certain results. In my case, I'm not a PhotoShop expert, so I use a handful of tools and they seem to do the trick. With the input of others, we could fill up a few pages of short how-tos and tips and crap like that.

Yeah I completely ed the 1st one

In the 2nd, I wanted the original fighter'shair to be part of Gasol's head.

I'm using Photoshop only, but there are other complemantary tools from Adobe I have yet to install
