Though I think that CP3 pushed off on TP on that drive at the end of the half. Damn is he going to get superstar treatment and he now gets away with fouling on a regular basis?
Without CP3s timely buckets this game could be a 20+ lead. He is keeping them close.
Start of the 3rd Q - first 5 miutes is critical. Get out fast - either expand the lead or just stay with them. I expect the Hornets to come out strong to start the 2nd half.

TV ppl give Spurs no love when it comes to replays. One of those Suns games when KT got 6 fouls so quickly, they didn't show a replay of ANY OF THEM.

Let CP3 get all the layup attempts he wants. He is not going to beat the Spurs by himself. As long as he's not assisting on 3 balls to Peja or MoPete, the Spurs will be OK.

The Hornets are trying to bait the refs into calling fouls.....without the calls they are not doing so well. Paul looks frustrated now that the refs aren't buying what he is selling tonight. He is still playing well, but not at the level he has been during this series.
If the Spurs could make their open 3s....Finley and Bowen, they would be up by over 20.
Just keep playing defense and Tony and Manu need to keep attacking. Maybe we could use Horry to guard West some in the second half...and let Barry see some time in the rotation.
Finally, Timmy looks dominant again now that the flu and migraines are gone, huh.....

Pop might actually be figuring it out. First putting Bowen on Peja then today gave Udoka some run that proved to be crucial. I don't know that we are in the same situation with Udoka's contribution. Hit a 3, rebounded and played some great D on Bonzi. Also, I love the selective double teaming on West by pop. West was rushing into shots and made some bad passes.
Hack a Chandler is another ing story. Maybe pop is trying to build a legend with that Hack -
spurs shooting poorly from three but still dominating. that's surprising.
