We just had a huge mothers day crawfish boil, ice chest full of beer, and Hornets basketball tonight....can't get much better living! Huge game for both teams. I'll be here talking through out the game.

What does crawfish taste like? seriously. I just looked them up and they look like ordinary lobsters. Do they taste like lobster?

Hard to explain...they are a really juicy e. It has a certain boil you by for them....if never had them done right can think they are no good and taste like lobster...get them from someone who knows how to boil them....best food ever. Hard to describe the taste though besides juicy e haha
