I would have loved if they had called CP shoving TP and travelling instead of getting the and 1.
I'd be happy if they call the push off move Paul does with the off arm.
And for how West clears out on the rebounds.
I would have loved if they had called CP shoving TP and travelling instead of getting the and 1.
Hopefully this win will put the Dallas comparisons to rest...
That said, we won because we adjusted after being outplayed in the first two games. Now is Scott's turn to adjust to our adjustments... We'll see what he has in store for Tuesday.
What adjustments can Scott make?
Like I've said I don't see many.
Other than running Peja off some picks and getting him open shots that way, there isn't much.
The personnel doesn't yield itself to much IMO.
Im sure TIMVP, FWD, Chump and others will point out some other things.
Yeah West does that regularly and is annoying.
Chris Paul and the off arm? It aint gonna be called, cause hes a superstar. That simple.
I would still live with the illegal screens that Chandler and West do getting called.
You never know, Shaq got called for frigging stepping forward during free throws so... one can dream![]()
Stupid father. Intelligent son. You should be proud your son is not like you...![]()

Reason # 6 for why your es got owned...the Spurs pulled your heads off and pissed in your dead skulls.
P.S. I wish the officials would take a look at the little traveling, arm-swinging, little punk you call a PG...Paul. Most times he penetrates into the lane, he either travels, or commits an offensive foul.

One adjustment he HAS to make if they are to have a chance is he has to find a third scorer. He has got to find a way to get Peja involved somehow. Easier said than done, but to this point that has been one of the glaring differences has been his stats from games 1-2 verses 3-4.
Pop just gave Scott a taste of his own medicine. He subtracted Peja from the mix, and then decided that he would live with whatever 2 point jumpers Chris Paul could put up. When they're running that center pick and roll, Spurs are not allowing the kick out or the lob. Both players are collapsing on Chandler, and offering the jumper to Paul. The Hornets tried some new wrinkles to free Paul for closer shots in the second half, but nothing that really worked.
I knew sooner or later Paul would become mortal again.
I think Mark Cuban is saying a big thank you to the basketball gods today. If NO's had done the same thing to SA that they did to Dallas in beating us in 5, all of the sudden that Avery firing looks kinda iffy.
Don't be so quick to assume that just because the Hornets are at home they will win.
I see a team that is on the brink of folding. If the spurs can stay close they can steal a win from a team that is beginning to doubt itself and end this series in 6.
you lost me at #1...

The crowd noise level is low and weak in San Antonio. At least on TV it sounds that way.
Nothing like the old days in the Hemisphere Arena.
nah, I'm enjoying myself, but the troll sure ain't.

i don't do it for attention, just out of habit and to piss off idiots who care about such things on a internet forum.
also, i suggest you speak to spurschick, who was actually AT THE GAME, before you make assumptions about the crowd via what you heard on TV.

The real 5 reasons you lost
1. Bowen on Peja
2. Pop >>> Scott
3. Duncan
4. Parker
5. Manu
And the most important reason you lost
Spurs >>> Hornets
What a lucid, astute post. I couldn't agree more.
