Like someone else had said, Joey doesn't let the crowd dictate the calls, and being in NO tonight, this works to our advantage.

I mentioned this in another thread but Joe Forte officiated in 3 of the 4 regular season meetings between the Hornets and Spurs. 2 were Spurs' Losses and 1 was a Spurs Home win.

That and the Spurs haven't exactly set the world on fire with Joe Derosa on the floor in playoff games of late. They were 3-1 with Derosa last year, but are only 3-4 with him since 2005 and 1-2 on the road with Derosa over that stretch.

Hmmm. Interesting info FWD. Probably shouldn't expect more than 15-18 FT attempts.

Now, part of the disparity stems from the Hornets being more agressive in the 3rd quarter and outplaying the Spurs on the defensive end but the missed shots just fed the feeding frenzy.
