    Oh shut up.

Lebron's mom is kinda "out there." Lebron was just "protecting" her in a way. He's an adult.
so adults can treat their parents as trash

james showing no respect for his mother
admitting he should not use that kind of language talking to her

great class and great way to teach all the kids that look up to him to treat their mother
ducks u are way overboard with your hate for Lebron.

When that parent is acting like a child by nearly jumping on an NBA court in clear violation of rules in a game that could have cost the Cavs, then he absolutely has the right to tell her to back off. This is LeBron's career and his job. Would it be okay for your mother to show up at work and start screaming at your co-workers and acting completely out of control? It was a hard foul and she needs to sit down and realize that her little 6'9" boy can take care of himself.

Even further, I realize that you've never played sports before, judging by your reaction, but when you're fighting for your team's life in the playoffs, you probably aren't going to be in the calmest state to rationally talk to anyone. Adrenaline is funny like that.

And you bagging on LeBron for this incident is just ridiculous. He didn't do anything wrong. His mom taking another step would have endangered his team's chances to win. He did what it took to ensure that it didn't happen.

Does Doc have an offensive system, or does he let the team just grind it out?

so if your parent acts like a kid you can treat them disrepectfully. If you are doing something intentise and your parent acts wrong it is ok to disrepect them

i would say detroit but detroit doesnt match up as well with boston. its so evenly matched that it slightly favors boston due to thier better defense.
also chauncey might not be 100%.

and boston is almost impossible to beat at home
I agree both teams are evenly matched plus if Billups is not himself you figure it will make Rondo's and Cassell's life easier. Plus neither team has a LeBron type player so the refs are going to let them play. I.E. refs swallow the whistles.

The Celts might just become even more energized and focused over the next couple of days.

If the Spurs and Lakers get knocked out, Celts will win the le.
    Book it.

I don't see Detroit in the finals, that ain't gonna happen.

The Celts beating the Spurs thats a little iffy but I can see them beating the Lakers. Outside of Kobe and Fisher the Lakers are a young team. If the Lakers make it to the Finals with Boston interesting to see how thier young players handle not having home court to start the series.

Last year when the Mavs got knocked out, I really think it focused and energized the Spurs. When a team starts to really believe, I think it adds a whole other dimension to their play.

I'm suggesting something similar could happen with the Celts if they realize their toughest comp is gone fishing.

why do people think the lakers would be a tough matchup for the celtics ? their defense is horrible. i am sure once the lakers face a really good defensive team that takes the shooters out of the game, kobe will revert back to a ballhog and the lakers will be a mediocre team once again.

    What an idiotic statement

Lakers defense isn't horrible at all....may not be the best but it's soild. lakers would cause boston problems due to the amount of scoring options they have and the fact lakers have the best player in the world on their team plus an inside scorer in gasol

lakers would cause any team loads of problems

How is telling your mom to go sit down disrespectful? When I heard about it and he said he shouldn't of used that language, I thought he cursed at her. Telling her to go take her seat when she's putting his job in jeopardy isn't disrespectful. If anything she's disrespecting him by doing what she did.

I guess if your parents, while you're an adult, started cursing and throwing random objects at you, you'd find it disrespectful to leave the room and NOT take the punishment, right?
