I hope West gets better too, I dont need any excuses.
I apologize personally that the fans were chanting after an injury. That was . It was a clean body check but the injury sucks....I hope West gets back for a possible game 7.

It looks like a clean pick to the soft tissue of the butt that wouldn't have hurt anyone except someone with an already injured back.

Yeah, that was bull . I hope there was another valid reason for them chanting, but right now I can't think of one.
I think they were only chanting at the Horry hard foul.
Horry is famous for his hip checks remember?
West will be ready for game 7. I beleive he actually stayed down longer because Horenets were getting their asses kicked.

I just wanted to apologize to the Hornets fans on this board who have been respectful for the classless fans at the SBC center who chanted "Horry" when West went down.
I love hard basketball, and hard fouls are fine. But when someone gets hurt, that's never something to cheer for. Not everyone in SA is like that, and it was embarrassing to me as someone who always points to the Spurs and my city as having a level of class I'm proud to be associated with. That sucked on the part of our fans.
He is setting a new record every playoff game he plays...I hope that is a valid reason =)
I guess there is now no team in the NBA with classy fans left.....

I think West will be fine. The game isn't until Monday, after all. I don't think what Horry did was malicious, but the fans cheering is just disgraceful.

The game was at commercial when West got up, i hope at least they applauded for him.
I was at the game when Sonics fans actually booed when one of our players got up and I was utterly disgusted, and I am no less disgusted by our fans in this case.
