That's because he was alive then.
He's not looking or sounding like much right now.
Two-face was the Gothom City DA, Harvey Dent, before he became two-face. That's who Eckhart will be portraying in this film. Somewhere along the way, though, something is done to him (you can see him, face flat on the floor screaming "NO" in the new trailer) and he's probably introduced as Two Face towards the end of the film.
Did Tommy Lee Jones play Harvey Dent in Batman Forever or was it a different storyline?

Yes, HD was the TF of the comics.
And, yes, TLJ played HD/TF in Batman Forever.
But, Billy Dee Williams originally played Harvey Dent in the first Batman movie.
My one beef with Begins is that they seemingly iced The Demon's Head too quickly. And that makes me sad.
This is correct, but the character of Harvey Dent was nothing more than a passing mention via video of the acid incedent. TLJ appeared in the film as Two Face before Harvey Dent was ever mentioned.

Ok, so, I was reading some Teen ans stuff at Barnes and Noble the other day, and now I'm even more psyched that Deathstroke ("Slade" in the cartoon, it's his first name) is going to be in the game for TDK. Dude kneecapped Kid Flash with a sawed-off shotgun, and it was awesome.

True that. Unlike TLJ's Two Face, who had two hoes, I think that no less than 9 would have be believable for a Billy Dee Two Face. 6 for the unscarred side, three for the messed up one.

With that said, you should understand that your mocking of Heath Ledger's soul furthermore the sould of ANYONE who has recently died is more evil and immoral than the murder that I will commit when I get back to San Antonio. Let the dude rest in peace. And trust me...it will not be a clean one and now I'm pissed. Live with it (until I get there). The world will be a better place without you wasting it's oxygen.
