Cetics suck. They will be owned by Detroit.
What exactly has Detroit done so impressively in these playoffs?

it's not Lebron's year this year. He'll be back..

Ducks will shoot himself when Lebron wins his first le down the road
no Ducks doesn't really think Lebron sucks, he just keeps it up because he likes the attention. He was the dork in school and needs all the attention he can get so he creates the iden y on a message board as the only guy that thinks Lebron sucks. In reality Ducks thinks Lebron is awesome as he sits at home by himself with no friends or a social life. His only social life is people on here talking about him for hating Lebron

They did okay, but LBJ carries this team...without him, they wouldn't even make the playoffs...

    Detroit is mediocre as well.
A mediocre team that has won a championship in the 2000 era. Not to mention 6 consecutive Eastern Conference Finals.

Detroit will serve them right out of the gates.

Detroit and Boston are both quite mentally weak. Pierce is the best player on either team, and I'm not sure whether Wallace and Garnett are able to show up on the offensive end so much any more. Billups will probably be outplayed by Rondo.

I did not believe he was better than Kobe, but I think he has surpassed him.
Bryant's a better shooter, has a post-up game instead of merely being a slasher, and is a more willing passer. Other than that, yes.

LeBron is a beast but Kobe would have won that game. LeBron's time is still 2 years away.
Sorry man, Kobe on that team does not get past the 1st round. And I think Kobe deserved the MVP.

Won twice without their best player?

Won with a rook at the 1?

Lebron made a few bad decisions down the stretch that hurt his team, but he is his team, so whatever.

Pistons will beat the Celtics in 6.

Kobe has more skills, that's why I always thought he was better, but no one can check LeBron physically. It doesn't matter if he can do the same thign over and over again and score. 46 points against the best D in the league is pretty crazy!

Kobe decides to finally pass the ball for one year and now he's a better passer than LeBron. Right.

Won twice without their best player?
I'm a bit confused here. Rip and Rasheed have each played all of the Pistons' games so far...

Flip might like to make the point guard the centerpiece of his offensive sets, but that doesn't make Chauncey the Pistons' best player - just their biggest ballhog.

The Cavs played the Wizards in the first round, Kobe and the Cavs would have won that. I'm not knocking LeBron, he's the next Great but he doesn't yet have the will to win.

3 point game, Kobe would have won it.

They had little mistakes, Pavlovic shooting hte long two and D. West turnovers...
t better talent would give Lebron an edge. Lebron has to do every little thing and play perfect to nearly blow out a stacked team like the Celtics. He's kinda overlooked.

Wade couldn't make his team in the East work with a HOF coach, while the Lebron factor always puts the Cavs potentially on the cusp of another Finals Appearance against talented teams like the Pistons and Celtics.

Well, I think Boston got this game handed to them. I am happy for Paul Pierce but not for anybody else.

PJ Brown just happened to be in the right place at the right time - no skill required.

Why are you trying so hard to compare LBJ to Kobe every time he is mentioned on this forum?

His back forced him to pass. Lebron has always been a team player. Kobe is not. Your irrational hatred of Lebron is a tired shtick.

    1. Rasheed Wallace was out?

    2. You could have put Walter Hermann at the point - Orlando gave Detroit so much help it wasn't funny. Detroit didn't have to do much besides watch Orlando constantly melt down with mental errors.
