The league/media's trying to promote the Lakers as much as possible. Even when the Spurs play well and the Lakers play like they'll still be all over their nuts.
About the game: I expect loads of FTs for Kobe and the rest of the Lakers. Hopefully, Spurs can blow the game out before this happens.

If we can keep Kobe somewhat contained. And keep some solid D in the other big players. The spurs can get what they want in the paint against the Lakers. I'm getting more confident by the minute that this might be a less stressful series for the Spurs.
Still they are going to have to play a very good game to best the Lakers.

Duncan needs to stop committing weak fouls. Both fouls were stupid. He should not be doing that nonsense. He needs to stay out of foul trouble cause he is dominating right now. Just imagine how much better this game would be if Duncan had 1 or 0 fouls at the half, instead of 2. He could be so much more aggressive.

Doug and Marv were just talking about how Pop is still coaching Duncan even though he's a veteran and a superstar, and how Pop does it with sarcastic wit. Very cool.
