Oh contrare', I think the last time that they were that excited was when the Lakers had that promotion that if the Lakers scored 110 pts that night, everyone would get a discount on their next liposuction treatment.
We should start pinking the people that get genders wrong. 228 will claim a lot of victims.

I know, what a letdown.
yea i like it even if I am a Laker fan
And we are not the New Orleans Hornets. We actually have a superstar who makes love to pressure in the 4th quarter and knows how to win along with our head coach. We also have the best bench in basketball.
So good that Kobe had to play the entire 2nd half.
Pride comes before a fall
your team played like just like ours did
Yea I got several calls from my friends screaming and yelling about how awesome their team is and how much it sucks to be me.
Why is it that most Laker fans are just so god damn immature. Maybe I feel the brunt of it because I live in LA, but jesus, no other fanbase is so insecure about winning.
I think Laker fans are putting a little too much into a game where the Lakers barely won on their home court against an unrested team.
Spurs will win the next 4.
only if pressure is a blonde who lives in a trailer park
Unless you're going to leave a link to "Websters" with your posts on this Spurs fan board.....I'd stay away from using words like "rhetorically".![]()
Your bench was . At least ours made plays and provided a spark.
I think a Mavs fan needs to worry about his teams offseason. Two teams in the west are still playing.
rhetorically, the adv. for of rhetoric. Which means something that's bombastic
Why do people act like the Spurs are going to come out in Game 2 with so much more energy?
The time off between Games 1/2 is the same amount as they had between Game 7 of the NOH series to Game 1 of this series. The Big 3 all played huge minutes tonight for the Spurs and they have 1 day to rest up. If fatigue was really a problem in Game 1, why is it going to be any different in Game 2?
Did someone from the state of TEXAS just make reference to liposuction? LMAO! If any state could use a major discount for that, it's gotta be yours.
Sitting in a plane for 11 hrs in a seat designed for someone 6'4" at best, or relaxing in a 5 star hotel, chilling out in the hot tub, sauna and getting massages.
Hmm, yeah they are the same.

The reference is because only in LA would the crowd get excited over that type of promotion(seeing as though there are over 2000 plastic surgeons in the LA area)....we get excited over pizza or fried chicken coupons for scoring over 100 pts.

LOL, touche'.![]()

Bull . They got plenty of rest. They arrived in LA @ 9AM and got plenty of time to sleep and heal up for a game @ 6PM the next day. If fatigue really was a problem in Game 1 then the Spurs are in deep , there aren't anymore 2 or 3 day layoffs.
I find it funny that fatigue wasn't an issue when the Spurs were up 20 late in the 3rd. I guess I would be making excuses too though if my team choked away a lead like that.
